Náplň práce

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for assigned clients – helping them get the most out of Staffino. Your role is not only to support but also to educate, inspire, and grow your accounts.

Build strong relationships with your portfolio of clients, from onboarding to ongoing cooperation
Be the first point of contact for all client requests and coordinate them within Staffino
Conduct regular check-ins, calls, and meetings (online or on-site)
Understand basic data (CX metrics) & system logic to guide clients
Proactively identify upsell potential and collaborate with Sales
Support monthly business reviews, highlight trends or anomalies
Help prepare monthly billing summaries for Finance
Coordinate activities with Project, Support & XM Teams for seamless delivery
Be a structured, reliable partner in all client communication

Požiadavky

🚀 Experience & Skills

· 1+ year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B Sales

· Advantage: Experience in working with CRM tools; Experience related to SaaS Sales and CX management

· Comfortable working with numbers, use cases, and system logic

· Excellent presentation and communication skills (written & verbal)

· Fluent in English and Slovak/Czech (B2+)

· Enjoys working with people and is not afraid to present or speak in front of clients
