Job Description:

• Design and develop user-centric interfaces for internal applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
• Implement responsive designs.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Provide mentorship to junior designers and developers within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality user interfaces that enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for proposed designs.
• Write clean, maintainable code for front-end development.
• Test and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components.
• Maintain and update existing applications as needed.
• Document design processes and code for future reference.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in UI/UX design ideally with a combination of front-end development.
• Scripting experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is nice to have.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
